1. What is the fee for MR access? ₹200 for three months of access, payable once
2. When can I pay? You can activate or renew access at any time.
3. When can I book an appointment? Thursday, Friday and Saturday,
from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, for the same day.
Slots are at 11:00, 11:05, 11:10 and 11:15 AM, subject to availability.
4. How do I access my account? Enter your registered details and four-digit PIN.
5. What if I forget my PIN or payment fails? Contact the clinic for assistance. If money has been deducted, check the transaction before paying again.
6. How do I confirm my appointment? Check your booking confirmation and keep your appointment pass or QR code ready.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
A ₹200 online booking token is payable for each patient appointment booked online. The token applies only to the selected appointment and is not part of the consultation fee. Regular consultation charges are payable separately at the clinic.
Patient Cancellation / No-show: If the patient cancels the confirmed appointment or does not attend, the ₹200 booking token is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or carried forward to another appointment.
Cancellation by the Clinic: If the appointment is cancelled by the doctor or clinic and the consultation cannot be provided, the ₹200 booking token will be refunded.
Failed or Incomplete Payment: An appointment is confirmed only after successful completion of the required online payment. If payment is unsuccessful or incomplete, no confirmed appointment is created. If an amount is debited despite an unsuccessful transaction, it will be handled after reconciliation with the payment gateway/bank.
Duplicate Payment: Any verified duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund Processing: Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the patient's account may depend on the payment gateway and the patient's bank.
No Shipping or Physical Delivery: The website provides appointment-booking services for medical consultation. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
